Car accident checklist:

• Report the damage to your insurance company if the damage is not caused by another motorist.
• If it is another car that caused the damage, take down the other party’s registration number and contact details.
• In case of doubt, call the police.
• Use the car for damage control or send the images to the workshop via the InCar camera.
• Let the garage know when you arrange a repair time if you need a replacement car for the duration of the repair.
• If the damage is being repaired by the other party’s insurance, also provide the other party’s insurance company with a breakdown report on the need for a replacement car.
