It combines theory with practical learning, offering graduates of a basic automotive qualification the chance to further develop their skills and gain confidence in working life. Graduates of the Academy are ready to meet the demands and technologies of today\u2019s industry.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why was the InCar Academy created?<\/h2>\n\n<p>The automotive sector is undergoing major change, and there is a pressing need for new professionals. Advances in technology, the rise of electric vehicles, and digitalisation have transformed the role of repair professionals, raising the level of expertise required. The InCar Academy is our answer to this challenge: bringing in new professionals who master both traditional craftsmanship and the latest technology.  <\/p>\n\n<p>At the same time, the Academy offers a solution for those who have been away from the industry and need a refresher before returning to workshop work.
