Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suvia Group is a unique combination of vehicle damage inspection and assessment services, collision repair services, and spare parts services. The company serves insurance companies, leasing operators, and vehicle users in Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategic objective: accelerating growth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The new owner will support Suvia Group\u2019s next phase of growth and enable investments that further strengthen the company\u2019s development. The objective is also to pursue growth through selected acquisitions and to reinforce Suvia Group\u2019s position in the Finnish automotive damage services market. The company\u2019s executive management will continue with the Group and is committed to driving the business forward in partnership with the new owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to begin a new phase in Suvia Group\u2019s development together with Intera.
