Damage inspection
Car repair starts with a damage inspection. You can book an appointment for an InCar damage inspection or drive directly to the repair shop, regardless of your insurance company. The car damage check is free of charge and does not bind you to anything. InCar performs damage inspections for all insurance companies operating in Finland.
Damage repair
InCar garages are authorised collision repairers by insurance companies. You can get your car repaired with us, regardless of the make or insurance company. InCar’s bodyshop technicians, auto body repairers and car mechanics guarantee a safe and quality repair for your car.
Windscreen replacement
If the stone chips in the windscreen have spread into a crack or the glass is otherwise damaged to the extent that it interferes with vision, the windscreen should be replaced. Windscreen replacement can be completed by InCar in a day. If you are unsure whether your windscreen needs to be repaired or replaced, you can visit your nearest InCar workshop to have it looked at. There is no charge for an assessment of the condition of the glass.
Windscreen repair while waiting
If a stone or a stud flies into the windscreen, a so-called bull’s-eye can form on the glass. As a first aid, the pebble should be protected from dirt and moisture. It is advisable to have the chip damage on the windscreen repaired as soon as possible to prevent the damage from spreading. It takes about 20-30min to repair a chip. If your insurance covers windscreen damage, the repair is free of charge.
Quality-rated body shop
The automotive industry has developed a quality rating for workshops, where the joint automotive and insurance customer receives a quality service. With this rating, the automotive industry wants to verify that a repairer has the capacity to carry out bodywork repairs on vehicles in accordance with the damage class.
